Returns
BEFORE YOU ORDER:
- Please confirm with your wedding venue that you will be able to use wedding sparklers, not all venues allow for wedding sparklers to be used for the wedding exit.
- If your wedding or event date is less than 10 days away, please check the USP Shipping map here on our site to allow enough time to receive your shipments.
RETURN POLICY:
Wedding Sparklers from the Dream Wedding Store are made with the highest quality materials and are smokeless wedding sparklers. Kept dry, they will be fine to use for up to 2 years. If you have any questions about using wedding sparklers or any of our products, please let us know. We are happy to hear from you, and will do everything possible to make sure you are happy with your purchase, and that you have a magical event.
We do not accept returns for pyrotechnic items or confetti cannons. All other items may be returned unopened within 30 days of purchase. Returns will be refunded the full value of the order minus actual shipping charges to and from the shipping destination.
First, email us for a Return Authorization number. Then pack the product securely and ship it back to us by US Mail, FedEx, or UPS ground. They must go by ground. Do not ship them by air. If you have any questions about shipping them back, please contact us.
If you still have it, please include a copy of your invoice or your order number. If you do not know your invoice number, please contact us and we will look it up for you. Returns are usually processed within 48 hours of receipt by us.
Refunds are issued to the same credit card you used to place your order. For instance, if you used a VISA card for your original purchase, we will credit the same VISA card for the return).
Your refund will be for the total amount you were charged for the products you bought.
Your refund will not include any of the following:
* Any shipping charges
* Insurance
* Sales taxes
